 Our Aims

  • To enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age in a parent-involving, community-based group

  • To provide a happy, safe, secure and stimulating environment for everybody who attends or visits

  • To work within a framework which ensures equality of opportunity for all children and families

  • To ensure that everybody in our setting, their opinions and their talents are respected and valued

  • To admit children with special educational needs after a familiarisation period which is appropriate to the child's needs; parents may stay with their child initially, according to the needs of the child.

What we offer your child

  • A specially tailored curriculum under the Early Years Foundation Stage Guidelines

  • Individual care and attention made possible by a high ratio of adults to children

  • Fun and friendship with children and other adults

  • The support of a keyperson

  • Opportunities for you and your family to be directly involved in the activities of the group and in your own child's progress

The role of parents/carers

Holy Trinity Pre-School recognises parents/carers as the first and most important educators of their young children. We aim to support parents and families. Parents/Carers are welcome to:

  • Share a session at pre-school with their child

  • Take part in parenting courses, when offered by Holy Trinity Church.

  • Join the committee if a vacancy becomes available.
