Family Information Service

Surrey Family Information Service (FIS) is one of the services within Family Services. Family Services are the collection of services responsible for Early Help in Surrey and include Children's Centres, Youth Centres, Supporting Children, Family Support Programme and Early Help Coordination Hubs. Family Services also work with a wide number of voluntary, community and faith sector organisations as well as Health, Education (including Early Years) and Social Care.

Their aim is to help families get the most out of what is available in their community and online. This could be childcare or what support is available when things aren't going so well. They also have lots of information about money, safety, school and a range of other things.

The FIS and SEND Local Offer websites and directory as well as social media are the ways to find information when you need it. They support families with children and young people up to the age of 25.
